What does it promise?
This mask moisturizes and repairs the skin. You will get a brilliant complexion after usage. It also refreshes and whitens the face.
One box comes with 10 individually sheet masks.
Packaging
The box is white with a cherry blossom tree on it, the words are in pink. The masks are individually packed into a light pink foil wrapping. You only need to tear the mask open and unfold the sheet mask. Like all of the other MBD sheet masks, there is a plastic sheet folded into the sheet mask. Throw the plastic sheet away.
Texture
It's a thin cloth, it's wet and it remains that way even after the 30 minute mark. Besides, it absorbs into your skin nicely without leaving any sticky feel behind.
Scent
It has the smell of flowers, which is ok. I'm not a big fan of the scent of flowers though, but that's just my opinion. The scent is not overwhelming which is good.
The size
The size of the mask looks the same like the natto sheet mask and the Apple Polyphenol mask of My Beauty Diary. It fits very well on my face ^__^.
How to use
Clean your face and pat it dry. Unfold the sheet mask and put it on your face for 20-30 minutes. When it's time you gently massage the excess tonic on your face and wait till everything is absorbed. Don't need to rinse it off. Follow with your usual moisturizer / serum after.
Does it do what it says?
There was a lot of serum on the mask ^__^. The mask was very moisturizing and refreshing. I couldn't see a brilliant complexion or an instant whitening effect after usage, but that will probably be visible if you use the mask more often ;).
My opinion
I liked the Japanese Cherry Blossom mask ^^. Like I said before I'm not a big fan of the scent of flowers, so the scent of this mask wasn't super nice, it was just ok, but that's my opinion. My skin felt very moist and soft after usage and it felt very refreshing :). Also it didn't feel sticky after usage, so that's a pro as well ^__^. It's a great mask and I definitely will buy this product again.
