Hello lovely readers, this is part 4 of my Hong Kong trip. Have you missed part 1, part 2 or part 3, go check them out first. I hope you still like to read these posts since there are still many parts to come ;). In this blogpost I'm going to show you some pictures that I took in Causeway Bay (銅鑼灣).
Times Square
Yes, that's right! This is Times Square (時代廣場), not the one in New York but the one in Hong Kong! It's the name of a large shopping centre and office tower complex in Causeway Bay (銅鑼灣). This place is totally crowded! From department stores to small boutiques and bargain stalls, everything can be found there in a tight cluster. You must check this place out when you're in Hong Kong. Even though you don't have the money to buy all those designers stuff, it's still pretty to check out all the decorations in the malls!
There is also a SOGO department store there, but I didn't go in since I wasn't interested. Instead of that, I went to the shopping mall next to it with 3 floors of small boutiques. These boutiques aren't comparable with the ones at Mongkok. They offer clothing of better quality and the price range is definitely higher there.
Food that makes you drool!
I had some sushi for lunch ^^ this looks good right? I'm making you drool right now behind your screen hihi!
Also, I went to Starbucks to enjoy the OH-SO-LOVELY Green Tea Frappuccino! Why don't they sell this here =( !?
And I had some bibimbap in a Korean restaurant later on. Is it me or is Korean food freakin' expensive there o.o"? It was 150 HKD or something for a bibimbap, same price as in The Netherlands FTW?!
In the end I didn't buy anything at Causeway Bay but as you can see, all I did was EAT EAT EAT XD. I gained weight of course but thankfully not much, just 1 kg hahaha. Stay tuned for the next part of my trip guys =^o^=! I know this was a short one but I promise to bomb you with heaps of pictures on the next Hong Kong blogpost ;) so stay tuned!
