How to work out in style at the gym

Some of you might know that I started working out again. Yes girls, I just signed a 1-year gym contract. Sitting at the office every day is so bad for the health and you can easily get a fat tummy because of that. Therefore I push myself to go to the gym at least twice a week. Working out at the gym is a great way to ensure you get that perfectly toned Summer body as well. However, there’s one thing many women struggle with when it comes to preparing for their workout: What shall I wear? Staying stylish while you’re working out is not always easy. Find stylish gym clothes is just one part of the problem. You also need to make sure it's comfortable. Here are a few tips to stay stylish and feel good while you work out.

WEAR VERY LITTLE MAKE UP
There are girls who don't dare to go outside the house without make up on. As you work out, the  makeup you’re wearing will start to melt and you won’t look so attractive anymore. Therefore, go for a little lip gloss and some light waterproof and sweatproof mascara. The great thing about working out is it leaves you with a beautiful, natural glow, so a thick layer of foundation really isn’t necessary when you’re off to the gym. Of course it's way better if you don't wear make up at all while you're working out, let your skin breathe.

SPORT BRA
Find a sport bra that is comfortable and fits you well. It musn't be too loose or too tight. These bras are sturdier than typical bras, they minimize breast movement, alleviate discomfort, and reduce potential damage to chest ligaments. We normally wear these to reduce pain and physical discomfort caused by breast movement during exercise.

INVEST IN BLACK YOGA TROUSERS
Black yoga trousers are one of the hottest active wear trends available. Make sure you choose a pair that fit you well and frame your assets in the best way possible. They shouldn’t be too loose or too tight. Remember, comfort in style is what you’re going for! If you choose a high quality pair of yoga trousers, they’ll be designed for year-round wear. This means even in the height of summer, they’ll still allow your skin to breathe.

FOCUS ON FOOTWEAR
What you wear on your feet is extremely important since it has to be comfortable. There are so many different types available. Some have specially designed soles that are comfortable for running, whereas others are designed to be more for general workouts. Gym bags are one of the most essential fashion items you should invest in. They can carry any equipment you may have. Usually we will bring water, clothing, a towel and shoes with us, which isn't  a lot so you don't need to buy a huge gym bag.
